Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

This watercolor painting depicts a dilapidated structure and surroundings that are probably associated with the mining of Borax in Death Valley. It was based on a photo taken by two visitors to the site in 2017. The original image is 14 x 20, matted and framed in an 18 x 24 frame.
After retiring from an engineering career in 2009, Joe's attention turned to art, beginning with pencil drawings and then pastel and watercolor paintings. He especially enjoys the beauty and human interest found in everyday New England scenes, as well as the challenge of commission work � the challenge of capturing a client�s idea in an artistic way. Although a relative newcomer to the art world, his engineering and drawing background has proved to be a strength, resulting in many awards in local art shows and acceptance in national exhibits sponsored by the Academic Artists Association and the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts.
